In order to use the site Thattukada, you (the user) have accepted the terms and conditions given below. Thattukada reserves the right to add, delete, alter, or modify these terms and conditions at any point in time.

You (the user) are therefore advised to read carefully these terms and conditions every time you use Thattukada. in, the website of Thattukada.

1.   If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (i.e., a wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available), any extra cost spent by Thattukada for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.

2. Thattukada reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. The payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same

3.    The above-mentioned Mention Price includes GST No additional cost is charged.

4. The order will not be cancelled once it is confirmed or in any pandemic situation. 

5. The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Thattukada.

6. Thattukada shall not entertain any complaints after 5 days, once the order is delivered.

7. The order will be delivered in 7-14 days, depending on the items; delivery will be done at our office premises.

8. Order confirmation will be accepted only after your payment is credited to our bank account. 

9. Thattukada will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.

10. Any Changes In tax By the government, Prices will change without any Notice

11. Law: Any dispute arising out of or in conjunction with this contract shall be referred to the courts in Vijayawada, which shall have sole jurisdiction.
